Sorras lawsuit: Member of the parliament waives immunity.

Nikos Nikolopoulos

Nikos Nikolopoulos:

Letter to the Chairman of the Hellenic Parliament "I waive my immunity  ... in order the lawsuit of HIGH TREASON to be litigated."

Answering the question and asked to be formally informed the House on the Sorras case.

The ultimate cleanup of the Greek authorities and the Ministry of Finance, of the case of 600 billion USD, that Artemis Sorras claims is real and available to the Greek government to redeem the foreign debt of the country, seeking the independent MP Nikos Nikolopoulos , who in his question to the Minister of Finance, requests to know if "tests have been carried out into the allegations of Mr. Sorras and what has emerged from them."

As the coordinator of the Christian Democratic Movement in his question says, it's been three months since the last written answer Mr Stournaras that his request (of Mr. Art. Sorrras) has been forwarded to the Governor of the Bank of Greece, Mr. George Provopoulos, the Deputy General Director of the Public Debt Management Agency (PDMA) Vassilis Mastrokalos and 23 Directorate General Accounting Office (GAO) to undertake the legal action.

Artemis Sorras

Lawsuit against the 300 members for high treason by Mr Sorras.

During this time there was no official announcement of the results of the Sorras's proposal solvency tests, thus remains an official ignorance about the reliability or otherwise of the proposal allowing Mr. Sorras to criticize the political world and even sue all the 300 members in total for treason.

So Mr. Nikolopoulos asks once again the official inform of the House on this issue, and being informed of the lawsuit of Mr. Sorras against all MPs with another letter to the Chairman of the House, Mr. E . Meimarakis, notes that he "accepts the lifting of his parliamentary immunity, since in this way facilitates the cleanup and clarification of the case."

I ASK THE LIFTING OF MY IMMUNITY.

"Regardless of what anyone may believe personally, the case for months is on concern of the public and has been seen in different ways, the limelight of publicity, without any official organ of the Greek state to give a clear and unambiguous answer to the people and Parliament for the accuracy and reliability of the proposal.
And the question is: Are there competent authorities in our country, and what they do?
Why does the Greek state seem to sleep and not engages, allowing the cultivation of a variety of scenarios, in favor of one or the other point of view?
Given the critical time for the country, the long-term existence of gray areas, is detrimental in many ways, "says Mr. Nikolopoulos.

The importance of the Greeks (Hellenes)

Part from the article

GERMANY, the DISGRACE of Europe

Let’s take things up from the beginning to make clear to our readers what we have been meaning to say. We are starting by looking at a distant “map” of the European history …Distant enough to see its whole course but at the same time close enough to not lose track of its “leading roles”. So, we are starting from finding out which event is a really important historic event for Europe and which is not. We are starting from an elementary “clearing up” of the useless historic “floatsam and jetsam” that we are bearing in our heads and which has no importance. Out of the supposedly complex European history only a few dates are really important. What is described by the history science as “important”, it is usually an unimportant repetition that interests only those who are implicated in it and no one else.

For example, an important event for the European history was when Leonidas decided to raise his defence in Thermopylae against the Persian “storm” that was threatening Europe. An important event was when Alexander the Great “galloped” all over Asia. Charlemagne, Napoleon or Peter the Great were unimportant, as impressive as their accompanying phenomena were. Why is that? Because importance lays in the “course” of Europe and not in its interior “layout” that depended on the “galloping” of unimportant men in Europe. No matter how much blood was mixed with mud, the “unimportant” kings of the important Europe remain at the same level …The level defined by Europe itself and its position in the World.

This is the same logic used to judge not only the men but also the great events that were supposed to mark the history of Europe. The Battle of the Granicus River was important for Europe because it had set the grounds for its domination for over a millennium. The fall of Constantinople was unimportant because it just caused a change in the internal correlations of Europe. The battle at Waterloo was unimportant for the same reasons. Trafalgar sea battle was also unimportant. This means that a significant event for Europe and its history is considered to be whatever affects its position in the World and not its internal correlations.

Events and persons who change these correlations are of secondary significance and they are significant just for the peoples that benefit or are affected from them without this causing any change in the general European interests. The battle at Waterloo has without a doubt a great significance for the French and the British people, so does Trafalgar sea battle. But, on the European level these two historic events have no importance. They have no importance, because they haven’t affected the rank of Europe and its peoples in the global hierarchy. Europe would continue to rule the World whichever country had won at the mud of Waterloo or on the waters of Trafalgar.

However, to be able to understand and assess all these facts as they deserve, one should know the position of Europe throughout the human history ...One should know the changes in this position in connection with history ...should know the great key events of the human history and not the unimportant “stops” in between ...in the example in the beginning of the text one should know where "Athens" is and finally where "Beijing" is and he/she should not be affected by the in-betweens ...should not conceive a “blocking” outside “Ankara” as a “stop”. One should not be interested if a “train” got lost in the “Teheran” station or if a “bridge” collapsed on the road towards the end. All the in-between events are unimportant. They are unimportant because they do not affect the general situation. They could have taken place or not without bearing no affect at all to the development of things.

Through this “prism”, Europe is a great “station” in the human history …The “station” immediately after Asia where the great human power systems began. This is why Greeks were the absolutely important people for Europe. This is the reason why, Greeks were for centuries the model for the rest of the European people to compare with. It was the people who had the intelligence, the bravery and also the ability not only to resist the Asian attack, but also to strike back and take from Asia its world ruling position …to bring down its power and transfer it in Europe. It was the absolutely successful model for Europe …The “father” of Europe. Therefore this is why Greeks were also the “godfathers” of Europe. No one else could “baptize” Europe if not they who gave to Europe its global role.

It was them who protected Europe when there was a need and who put it on the top of the world when they could. Simple things like that. The Greeks, as a European people, managed to “defend” Europe all alone and it was them who attacked Asia looking for victory ...The Greek victory that was at the same time a European victory as well. These acts were important because the world –and therefore Europe- would have been different today, if the Greeks had lost the “war” to the Persians ...the world would have also been different if they had not won outside Babylon ...it would have been different, because Rome would not have existed and so would not have existed its affect to the human and the European history.

So 480 BC is an important year for Europe. Why is that? Just because the Asian world leadership could not get into Europe. It is a milestone because up to that point the battles between the “Titans” of that era had been set. The two leading empires of the ancient world have collided and they have “ended up” in a situation. Asian Babylon had imposed absolutely on the African Egypt and it was at last free to claim Europe as well. Its king was considered at that time as a living “God”. It was at the same time the king of Babylon and the Pharaoh of Egypt …The absolute ruler of the Afro-Asian world. He attacked Greece aiming at Europe. Greeks as the European defenders of the borderland resisted this almighty “God” and saved Europe.
323 BC, the year Alexander the Great died, was also important. Why is that? Because his death “locked” the new era. A European man gad “seized” the greatest empire of the World and the history of the human kind moved on to the next “chapter”. From the era of Asia we passed to the era of Europe. Europe up to that point had been threatened by Asia or African Egypt and now it became the absolute ruler. There was a transfer of the European human resources to the Asian territory and the “banks” for Europe’s subsequent ruling were created. European Greeks who moved to Asia and Africa as overlords were the ones who gave the time, the knowledge and the power for Rome to “build” the Europe we all know today. Rome “built” the Europe we know, because the Greeks have “blocked” the giants of the East. It is not pure luck that the Romans considered Alexander to be the thirteenth god.
This is the reason why the Greek awesome kid was a very important factor in the European history. This is why all the European legends and myths had Alexander as their reference point. The Greek and therefore the European ruler of the world was he, who led Europe to the “top” of the world. For more than two thousand years, Europe has been the absolute ruling power in the world. The power “moved” from one capital to another, but it always remained within the “walls” of Europe and its omnipotence was solid. Power moved from Rome to New Rome and from there it got to the rest of the capitals. The last holder of the European ruling was London …the Roman Londinium.
For two thousand years, Europeans collected unlimited profits from the “galloping” of Alexander the Great …from the “galloping” of the Greek “bull” who took beautiful Europe onto his back and raised her on the “Olympus” of glory and power. Latin, French, Spanish, British and Russian people saw the world from a “higher” position due to the Greek achievement. Even the Finnish people today, who are supposed to “reproach” the Greeks, we don’t know what type of igloo would they be in today, if it wasn’t for the Greeks.
All Europeans benefited from the Greeks. All European peoples collected profits from the Greek triumph. They had the whole world on their “sting” because the Greeks offered it to them. For as long as Europe remained on the “top” of the world due to the victory of the Greeks, its internal state had no importance. The inland wars –and therefore the battles between the kings of Europe- were battles among the heirs and these battles have a secondary importance when they do not affect the “throne” itself.
By looking at the current position of Europe in the global “chessboard” one could comprehend that this “throne” has been long gone. Europe is today the “shadow” of its former self. It has nearly ended up to be a “supporting actor” in the human history play. So what’s the conclusion? Something important and extremely tragic has happened at the expense of Europe and we just have not realized it yet. Something happened in between and we did not realize it. In the oversupply of unimportant historic data we lost what really matters. Human kind changed “station” and we did not even realized it. The global power has changed continent and we, the Europeans, never realized when was it that we lost the battle.
It is therefore a sure thing that something important has happened and the power of the planet moved to another continent. At some point Europe has to have lost the war so that American Washington decides for the future of the World. After the important Greek triumph there should also have been an important debacle for Europe. It is impossible to lose the world supremacy without a corresponding colossal defeat. There should have been a great mistake and we did not realize it. Somewhere between the unimportant wars, we lost the important one. One obviously stupid European offspring in his/her effort to change the internal correlations spoiled the “family” fortune. There is no other explanation. One of the many internal European battles should have consequences to the whole European presence in the world affairs.
Now you can understand the meaning of what we said before which might have seemed exaggerating ...what we said above that it is in the interest of some people to control suffocatingly the history "science". Some powerful factors of history are interested in mixing the important with the unimportant facts so that peoples don’t understand what is really going on. They have interest in making history appear as a totally complicated “science” that is only for the “scientists” and not for the common people. You can see that it is only reasonable for some people to have misinterpreted the historic facts because otherwise some leaders would have been executed in squares all over Europe.
Within the frameworks of this intentional historic wrong information we seek the reasons of the current historic ignorance of the European people. Within the needs of the new powerful people we seek the reasons for the “falsification” of historic details. It has resulted to the situation we are facing today. Europeans lost the battle of world leadership and did not even realize it. It is phenomenal and unheard not only for the modern people in the years of information but even unacceptable for the primitive people. It is as if an Asian man did not know what meant the seizing of Babylon by the European Alexander.
Where can we seek such a colossal defeat? But in a colossal war. The world leadership is not lost in a conflict at a random outpost at the border. A war of the same proportions is required for such a loss and that could be only a World War. Who does not know the World Wars that started in Europe? Even though one knows them, one cannot assess them. Why is that? Because there is a huge difference between them. The First World War was a completely unimportant interior European war, since it did not affect Europe’s “course”. On the contrary, the Second World War was the most important because it ruined Europe. What the Greeks had achieved in “Thermopylae” by stopping the attack from the East that the Europe had sustained from the Asians, the Europeans did not manage to do with the attack from the West that Europe sustained from the Americans
The Second World War was the “end” of the Europe’s world leadership and the “beginning” of the America’s world leadership. The Second World War meant for the European empire what the attack of Alexander the Great had meant for the Asian empire. It was the beginning of the end. If you understand the importance of this war, you can start seeing some things that many people unfortunately do not pay attention to. So, based on the new “point of view” –due to the “distance” taken- you can start detecting those responsible for the European “defeat”. Have the Americans ever attacked Europe? Of course not! Therefore who were those whose stupidity opened the “door” to the Americans and handed over the “sceptre” of Europe?

The contribution of the Greeks (Hellenes)

The Legacy of Greece

IN spite of many differences, no age has had closer
affinities with Ancient Greece than our own; none
has based its deeper life so largely on ideals which
the Greeks brought into the world. History does
not repeat itself. Yet, if the twentieth century
searched through the past for its nearest spiritual
kin, it is in the fifth and following centuries before
Christ that they would be found. Again and again,
as we study Greek thought and literature, behind
the veil woven by time and distance, the face that
meets us is our own, younger, with fewer lines and
wrinkles on its features and with more definite and
deliberate purpose in its eyes. For these reasons we
are to-day in a position, as no other age has been,
to understand Ancient Greece, to learn the lessons
it teaches, and, in studying the ideals and fortunes
of men with whom we have so much in common,
to gain a fuller power of understanding and estimat
ing our own. This book -- the first of its kind in
English -- aims at giving some idea of what the
world owes to Greece in various realms of the
spirit and the intellect, and of what it can still
learn from her.

Germany Calling

photo from the carnival in Düsseldorf

FROM THE GERMAN JOURNALISTS OF www.german-foreign-policy.com
Translated by Edward Spalton and staff of Free Nations

INTRODUCTION by
RODNEY ATKINSON
Dateline: September 2002

As I pointed out in my paper Der Drang nach Osten of May 1999 (see 'Archive' on www.ukconservatism.freeuk.com) the German political class has never really accepted the post war settlements of 1918 and 1945. In that paper I translated a motion put down by the then Governing Parties in Germany - Christian Democrats and Free Democrats - and passed by the German Parliament on 7th July 1998. The motion was: "Refugees, evacuees and German minorities are a bridge between the Germans and their Eastern Neighbours". The motion began:

"The expansion of the European Union to the east represents for Germany a great opportunity."
Throughout the long statement of this motion it would have became clear to the outsider (but unfortunately and typically this unique translation was never published anywhere in the British press) that Germany was using the idea, the structures, the concepts and the power of the European union to pursue her expansion into Eastern Europe.

During the rise of fascism and German Imperialism in the 1930s those, like Winston Churchill, who warned of the dangers for Britain and indeed the whole world were derided as "Germanophobe". Today those who, like myself (in the books Europe's Full Circle and Fascist Europe Rising) have said the same thing in recent years about the true nature of the European Union are equally attacked on the grounds that 1. we are exaggerating in our use of the word "fascism" and 2. Germany is now a "democratic country" and is no threat to its neighbours. The detailed proofs of the fascist nature of the European Union and its supporters in Europe's Full Circle (and in John Laughland's The Tainted Source) and the proofs of German expansionism in Fascist Europe Rising have, I hope, answered these two objections. The journalists of "German Foreign Policy" translated here by Edward Spalton, daily provide further proofs.
There are many Germans - even a majority - who recognise the dangerous adventurism of their own political class and the threat to other nations of a German State which has successfully constructed and marshalled the powers of the "European" Union to promote its historical aims in both Eastern and western Europe.

The threat to the United Kingdom economically has long been evident and the final abolition of the Bank of England, the Treasury, the Chancellor of the Exchequer and British national sovereignty through "joining the Euro" is imminent. What even a few years ago would have been seen as fanciful scaremongering is today the main constitutional plank in the manifestoes of the Labour and Liberal Democrat Parties.

The constitutional undermining of the United Kingdom is now a historical fact and the promotion of petty nationalist resentment by the European Union and German Government- sponsored organisations like the GfbV (see Edward Spalton's translation of our first paper from german-foreign-policy) are designed, along with the EU's "Europe of the Regions", to break up the non racial nation states of Europe and concentrate power at the centre of the new imperial State. Germany's increasing domination of Europe is based not so much on destroying nations in general but specifically those which have proved to be stable non-racial nations - like the UK, Switzerland, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia. For if Germany can isolate nations on the grounds of race then by definition Germany becomes the most powerful racial nation. If (as the GfbV sets out to achieve with its replay of the Nazis "Blut und Boden" (blood and soil) philosophy) the new State can promote "ethnic rights" inside other nations then direct intervention in those states can be justified by German Europe using the central powers of the EU and its recently established "anti-xenophobia" laws.

Equally the European Union's "citizenship" "freedom of movement of citizens" and freedom to invest in a "single market" all combine to give the German State, German industry and German people free rein to resettle, take over and control Eastern Europe.
With Edward Spalton's regular translations and other material already provided in English by German journalists we are pleased to be able to feature Germany Calling as a regular contribution to the analysis of German Imperialism and EU fascism as the British political class continues its betrayal of those who gave their lives in two world wars.

Gracias Grecia

An amazing video they made together Spanish students with their teachers from Murcia, thanking Greece for what it has offered to mankind.
The title of the video is "Gracias, Grecia Nuestra herencia" which means: "Thank you Greece, our heritage" and reflects the achievements of our country in language, science and the arts. The Spanish tribute to our country for offering philosophy, mathematics and music.
In the video the Spanish students report: «Grecia está presente en muchos aspectos de nuestra vida cotidiana» ie: "Greece is present in many aspects of our daily life."
A seven minute tribute to Greece, Prof. Latin, Aristides Mingketh at the beginning of the video says: "More things than you think are Greek." Indeed, the Spaniards speak Greek!

"If you do not know, you're talking more Greek than you think," and follows a reference to Greek words that are common not only in Spain but throughout the world as the alphabet, math and history. Then, the young students tell their own thanks to Greece. "Thanks for the moral, Plato, history, Socrates, the dialectical" and together with one voice on the philosophy!
The camera then goes to the school library, the photocopier, the music room, the "art of the Muses". Everywhere there is a reference to Greek roots. On the blackboard some ancient Greek, while the camera is moving to the courtyard, where everyone thanks for "gymnastics sports". Then about politics and democracy! Words, which owe their existence to Greece. Similar parallels are made with medical terms. Of course, do not forget the wine and the god ... Dionysus!

Students gather in the courtyard and everyone makes their own reference of Greek words. Here's a tribute to the ancient Greek theater!

Reichenbach: IMF admits austerity program mistake? No idea, no program revision…

Posted by  in Economy
What if the IMF officially admitted wrong multipliers and false calculations applied for the Greek austerity program. Horst Reichenabch, head of the EU Task Force rejects any discussion on a possible program modification.
“At a time when Greece has managed to overcome the difficult phase of this program, I don’t see how this discussion could be opened, at least from the side of the Task Force,” Reichenabch told reporters in Thessaloniki. He added, he was not competent to comment on the issue and noted, the Task Force was here to support Greece and push reforms that Greece wanted to do.
Horst Raichenmpach spoke positively about the Greek government saying “it performs very serious efforts to improve the economic climate, to strictly implement the reforms” and this will “actually lead to improvement of the business climate for Greece.”

Is This The Beginning Of A Horrifying Stock Market Crash In Europe?

By Michael, on February 4th, 2013
Are we witnessing the start of a historic financial meltdown in Europe?  In recent days, two massive corruption scandals have greatly shaken confidence in European financial markets.  The first involves Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy.  It is being alleged that he has been receiving illegal cash payments, and the calls for his resignation grow louder with each passing day.  The second is a derivatives scandal at the third largest bank in Italy.  Allegedly, there were some very large unreported derivatives deals that were supposed to help hide losses at the bank, but instead they actually made the losses much larger.  The investigation that is looking into this derivatives scandal is starting to spread to other banks, and nobody is quite sure how far down the rabbit hole this thing goes.  But what everyone does agree on is that this derivatives scandal has shaken up Italian politics, and the outcome of the upcoming election is now very uncertain.  Former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is rapidly rising in the polls, and the European establishment is less than thrilled about that.  Meanwhile, stock indexes all over Europe fell rapidly on Monday, and even the Dow was down 129 points.  So will all this blow over in a few days, or is this the beginning of a full-blown stock market crash in Europe?
That is a very good question.  Perhaps there would not be so much concern if the overall European economy was doing well, but the truth is that the underlying economic fundamentals in Europe have continued to get even worse.  The unemployment rate in the eurozone is at an all-time high, and the unemployment rates in both Greece and Spain are now over 26 percent.  Much of southern Europe is already in the midst of a full-blown economic depression, so it really has been remarkable that the financial markets in Europe have been able to hold up as well as they have so far.
But now all of that may be changing.  Just check out what happened on Monday according to Bloomberg

When Genocide is called Crisis

If you love  psychotic and  conspiracy theories movies then visit Greece and experience everything you dreamed of!
Paranoia exists in large quantities wherever you go, but especially in the minds of the Greek (;) politicians. Ηow else can one explain the fact that in a country with, perhaps the biggest demographic problem in the world, marriage and children are presumed tax items!!
Those who are married, especially those with children, saw their January wages  smaller unlike those who have no family. Pensions and benefits for those who have many children were removed.
The marriage allowance and child benefit from April will be memory for the Greeks (Hellenes). Instead, as I was told and left to confirm, to the military, was replaced with "marriage tax"!!

All these correspond to the Article II-(c) & (d) of "The international legal definition of the crime of genocide is found in Articles II and III of the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide."
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

In the three years of austerity we have about four thousand suicides, one and a half million unemployed, fifteen hundred Greeks are losing their jobs every day, thousands of people who migrate, and many are on the brink of psychological meltdown
Μore than a quarter of Greeks now thought to be living below the poverty line.

Don't all the above correspond to Article II (b) & (c) of "The international legal definition of the crime of genocide of the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide"?

The speech of the chairman of the House (February 2005) demonstrates - proves that all were planned in detail.

"You assume, Mr President, the Presidency of the Hellenic Republic for five years where there will be major events and developments: The European integration will promote possibly by the adoption of a Constitutional Treaty, national borders and a part of national sovereignty will be limited for the sake of peace , prosperity and security in an enlarged Europe, human rights and citizenship will be subject to change and maybe protected, but also violated by authorities and powers beyond the known and established, however, and the Democracy will face challenges and will be tested by possible new forms of governance."
The following speech was delivered by the Chairnan of the Greek parliament (Mrs Benaki) to the new President of the Greek Democracy (Mr Papoulias) on  February 8th 2005

Therefore:
Article III: The following acts shall be punishable:
(b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;
(c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
(d) Attempt to commit genocide;
(e) Complicity in genocide. "

If Greece (Hellas) falls, the world is next. Stop NWO now!

The international legal definition of the crime of genocide is found in Articles II and III of the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide.
Article II describes two elements of the crime of genocide:
1) the mental element, meaning the "intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such", and
2) the physical element which includes five acts described in sections a, b, c, d and e. A crime must include both elements to be called "genocide."
Article III described five punishable forms of the crime of genocide: genocide; conspiracy, incitement, attempt and complicity.
