Sorras lawsuit: Member of the parliament waives immunity.

Nikos Nikolopoulos

Nikos Nikolopoulos:

Letter to the Chairman of the Hellenic Parliament "I waive my immunity  ... in order the lawsuit of HIGH TREASON to be litigated."

Answering the question and asked to be formally informed the House on the Sorras case.

The ultimate cleanup of the Greek authorities and the Ministry of Finance, of the case of 600 billion USD, that Artemis Sorras claims is real and available to the Greek government to redeem the foreign debt of the country, seeking the independent MP Nikos Nikolopoulos , who in his question to the Minister of Finance, requests to know if "tests have been carried out into the allegations of Mr. Sorras and what has emerged from them."

As the coordinator of the Christian Democratic Movement in his question says, it's been three months since the last written answer Mr Stournaras that his request (of Mr. Art. Sorrras) has been forwarded to the Governor of the Bank of Greece, Mr. George Provopoulos, the Deputy General Director of the Public Debt Management Agency (PDMA) Vassilis Mastrokalos and 23 Directorate General Accounting Office (GAO) to undertake the legal action.

Artemis Sorras

Lawsuit against the 300 members for high treason by Mr Sorras.

During this time there was no official announcement of the results of the Sorras's proposal solvency tests, thus remains an official ignorance about the reliability or otherwise of the proposal allowing Mr. Sorras to criticize the political world and even sue all the 300 members in total for treason.

So Mr. Nikolopoulos asks once again the official inform of the House on this issue, and being informed of the lawsuit of Mr. Sorras against all MPs with another letter to the Chairman of the House, Mr. E . Meimarakis, notes that he "accepts the lifting of his parliamentary immunity, since in this way facilitates the cleanup and clarification of the case."

I ASK THE LIFTING OF MY IMMUNITY.

"Regardless of what anyone may believe personally, the case for months is on concern of the public and has been seen in different ways, the limelight of publicity, without any official organ of the Greek state to give a clear and unambiguous answer to the people and Parliament for the accuracy and reliability of the proposal.
And the question is: Are there competent authorities in our country, and what they do?
Why does the Greek state seem to sleep and not engages, allowing the cultivation of a variety of scenarios, in favor of one or the other point of view?
Given the critical time for the country, the long-term existence of gray areas, is detrimental in many ways, "says Mr. Nikolopoulos.

REVEALED: HOW VENIZELOS REGIME SECRETLY REMOVED 70% OF MAJOR HOSPITAL, UTILITY & UNIVERSITY BANK ACCOUNT FUNDS TO PAY BONDHOLDERS

Bank of Greece complicit in broadscale embezzlement revealed by respectable Greek health site
The illegally denied default of Greece entered a dramatic new phase this afternoon with the revelation by mainstream Greek public health website Health News that, shortly before midnight on March 8th – the eve of Greece’s psi completion on Friday March 9th – on average 70% of public utility funds in varous large, interest-bearing accounts at the Bank of Greece were raided. These included most of the State’s regional hospital budgets, various universities and (it is alleged) at least one utility company.
The shortfalls came to light late last week and this morning as various hospital purchasing cheques in particular began to bounce. The monies – estimated by one source to total some 1.4 billion euros – appear to have been used to pay off the tiny minority of private sovereign creditors who, under the original terms of their bond purchase, were entitled come what may to full payment of the bond’s yield entitlement.
Setting aside the amoral audacity of this act, it does yet again raise the issue of a Greece so utterly lacking in any real funds in the real world, that to pay off a minute proportion of the bondholders it had to resort to such a desperate measure.
“The Greek government used this money in order to purchase government bonds from various bondholders without getting permission from the bank account owners,” one reliable Athens source told The Slog in commenting on the story, “hospitals and universities have been robbed of hundreds of millions of Euros, absolutely essential for their core functionality.”
On being pointed at the Health News site, The Slog immediately contacted another of many Athens sources who have flocked to this website in recent weeks. This informant in turn offered access to a senior administrator in a major teaching hospital. The person thus contacted told me: “There can be no doubt about this. It isn’t even very subtle. All the monies were withdrawn over a brief period of time on March 8th after normal banking hours. I have spoken to teaching contacts at Universities over the weekend, and it has been confirmed that they too have the same embarrassment. These people are criminals who should be brought to justice. But in the Greece of today, it will not happen”.
One final source told me shortly before posting, “The Bank of Greece is naked in this matter. We ask them for the reasons why this has happened, and they claim to have no knowledge of such things. This is ridiculous. This could not have been done without their cooperation. There is nobody now in Greece we can trust”.
Equally, nobody should be surprised that senior politicians and government officials have conspired to do such a thing. The Venizelos elite has shown itself to be without ethics or remorse in many ways already. The European Central Bank, Brussels, the IMF and even Berlin have also shown a compliant willingness to look the other way or simply ignore the Law if it suits them so to do. But now, I think institutions around the world – and their stakeholders – need to look at what’s happening in southern Europe and ask themselves, ‘Is this really right? Is any cause worth this amount of depravity and deprivation?’
Footnote: sharp-eyed Sloggers may have noticed that last Friday – that ill-starred March 23rd – the Greeks once again postponed the time by which English Law bondholders have to participate in psi. The reason: they aren’t going to participate, and Athens does NOT have the money to pay them…as the above post demonstrates rather well.

Brussels is moving toward creating an extremely dense plexus of control and supervision of the Greek Public Administration, joining Troika (ΕΕ-ΙMF-ECB) structures with those of the European Task Force, which in recent months provides technical assistance to Greece. Here in after, the evaluation of the efforts made by Greece will be daily from people who will be constantly present in the Greek key ministries and competent authorities have the power to impose structural measures when deemed necessary.

There is no money for wages, pensions, medicines and books, but there is money for arms. Especially when they are sold by EU countries, our eager-to-bailout-Greece friends. Friends willing to give loans but only under one condition: Trade “arms” for “bailout”.  Citing official EU figures, the website euobserver.com revealed that Eu countries like Germany, France and the Netherlands sold Greece arms worth one billion euro at the same time as they were negotiating the first Greek bailout in 2010.
EU figures show crisis-busting arms sales to Greece
Official figures show that EU countries sold Greece over €1 billion of arms at the same time as negotiating its first bail-out back in 2010.
France was by far the biggest seller, with a €794 million aircraft deal, according torecently-released European Council data on arms licences granted by member states. It also sold €58 million of missiles and €19 million of electronics used for aircraft countermeasures and target acquisition.
Pro-austerity advocates the Netherlands and Germany together sold almost €90 million of mostly electronics and ground vehicles. Italy sold €52 million of rifles and aircraft parts, while Spain sold €33 million of military-grade chemicals.
Greece is currently trying to shave every possible centime off its budget, but it still remains one of the biggest arms spenders in the region due to a perceived threat from Turkey.
The then Greek deputy defence minister, Panos Beglitis, in 2010 told Reuters that fellow member states did not put pressure on Athens to buy the arms in order to get the bail-out. “This [large scale arms purchases] has always been the case with these countries. It is not because of the crisis, there is no link,” he said.
But an aide to the then Greek leader, George Papandreou, who asked to remain anonymous, told the news agency: “No one is saying ‘Buy our warships or we won’t bail you out.’ But the clear implication is that they will be more supportive if we do.”
Looking to the Middle East, the 2010 figures tell a tale of EU countries arming their Sunni Muslim allies in the ‘Cold War’ against Shia Muslim enemies Iran and Syria.
EU countries granted €2.5 billion of licences for exports to Saudi Arabia, €1.5 billion for the United Arab Emirates and €1.2 billion for Oman. Sales to smaller Sunni-controlled regimes – Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar and Yemen – added up to €1.1 billion.
They sold almost nothing to Iran and Syria (barring half-a-million-worth of Greek aircraft parts for Syria’s President Bashar Assad, who buys mostly from Russia). (Further Reading EUOBSERVER)
In recent months, there were several reports mostly by German media about the arms deals amid the severe Greek debt-crisis that pushed millions of households into fast-track impoverishment.

I am a Greek politician

TO THE PROSECUTOR OF THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT (ICC)

INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE PERTINENT TO SERIOUS BREACH OF THE ROME STATUTE OF THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT (ICC) BY POLITICAL AND STATE LEADERSHIP  OF GREECE

Dear Sir/ Madam

I inform you, that this time, as we speak, serious crimes are committed in Greece and only you can stop them,  as they concern crimes against humanity and attempted genocide of an entire race, and there is no judicial authority  in Greece able to  investigate them .  I am speaking about Genocide by killing members of the  population, by  causing serious bodily or/and mental harm,  by deliberately inflicting on the  conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole (or in part), by imposing measures intended to prevent births and by  forcibly transferring children. And I am speaking about crimes against humanity because during the last 2 years  :
- there were a lot of  inhumane acts against the population, causing great suffering, serious injury  to body and to mental and physical health
- there were intentional inflictions of conditions of life,  inter alia the deprivation of access to food and medicine, calculated to bring about the destruction of part of a population,
- there were intentional inflictions of severe pain or suffering, whether physical and mental,
- there were   intentional   severe deprivations of fundamental rights contrary to international law by reason of the identity of the collectivity
-  we have lost the right of full ownership over our bodies and we can easy  become victims of  human organ trafficking (Enslavement)
- there were coercive acts to transfer of persons from the area in which they was lawfully present, without grounds permitted under international law .

And all these  acts were committed by the political and state leadership of Greece as a part of a widespread and  systematic attack directed against the  population, with knowledge of the attack.

So I recorded the most important , in my opinion, criminal acts and their consequences which  I believe that demonstrate completely the validity of the above allegations . Since my English is not very good  and the situation we face is very serious and requires urgent action, in order to save time, I send you via  e-mail now the notification - most of it written in Greek and a small part in English, with  sufficient evidence, much of which is in English, so that, even with an automatic translation of text combined with English texts, that you can  be able to understand enough so that you can start  your investigation. As soon as possible, I will do my best  to send you the whole text  and the related evidence shown in English. In a couple of days, I will also send you some more evidence, via e-mail  and  via post mail I have already sent you 14 DVDs  . Thank you.

Sincerely and always at your disposal , Christina Salemi
