TO THE PROSECUTOR OF THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT (ICC)

INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE PERTINENT TO SERIOUS BREACH OF THE ROME STATUTE OF THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT (ICC) BY POLITICAL AND STATE LEADERSHIP  OF GREECE

Dear Sir/ Madam

I inform you, that this time, as we speak, serious crimes are committed in Greece and only you can stop them,  as they concern crimes against humanity and attempted genocide of an entire race, and there is no judicial authority  in Greece able to  investigate them .  I am speaking about Genocide by killing members of the  population, by  causing serious bodily or/and mental harm,  by deliberately inflicting on the  conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole (or in part), by imposing measures intended to prevent births and by  forcibly transferring children. And I am speaking about crimes against humanity because during the last 2 years  :
- there were a lot of  inhumane acts against the population, causing great suffering, serious injury  to body and to mental and physical health
- there were intentional inflictions of conditions of life,  inter alia the deprivation of access to food and medicine, calculated to bring about the destruction of part of a population,
- there were intentional inflictions of severe pain or suffering, whether physical and mental,
- there were   intentional   severe deprivations of fundamental rights contrary to international law by reason of the identity of the collectivity
-  we have lost the right of full ownership over our bodies and we can easy  become victims of  human organ trafficking (Enslavement)
- there were coercive acts to transfer of persons from the area in which they was lawfully present, without grounds permitted under international law .

And all these  acts were committed by the political and state leadership of Greece as a part of a widespread and  systematic attack directed against the  population, with knowledge of the attack.

So I recorded the most important , in my opinion, criminal acts and their consequences which  I believe that demonstrate completely the validity of the above allegations . Since my English is not very good  and the situation we face is very serious and requires urgent action, in order to save time, I send you via  e-mail now the notification - most of it written in Greek and a small part in English, with  sufficient evidence, much of which is in English, so that, even with an automatic translation of text combined with English texts, that you can  be able to understand enough so that you can start  your investigation. As soon as possible, I will do my best  to send you the whole text  and the related evidence shown in English. In a couple of days, I will also send you some more evidence, via e-mail  and  via post mail I have already sent you 14 DVDs  . Thank you.

Sincerely and always at your disposal , Christina Salemi

The two most dangerous men in modern greek history

So, what is the real truth about the Greek catastrophe?

ARTICLE |

In late 2009, Europe and the world discovered that Greece was a “fraud” and a “deceiver” that had never stopped forging its economic performance in order to enjoy the benefits of membership of a privileged club, at the expense of its partners and the euro.
But how accurate is this really? Due to the advancing international economic crisis at the time, the majority of European governments were inaccurate in their deficit estimations. For example, in their Stability Programmes, at the beginning of 2009, Britain had predicted a deficit of 8.2% that finally reached 11.4%, the Netherlands predicted a surplus of 1.2% that turned out to be a deficit of 5.4% and Portugal predicted a deficit of 3.9% that rose to 9.3%.

Why was Greece alone in the dock?

Also, in the years 2008-2009, the deficit in Spain extended to 11.1% and in the United States to 12.9%. In April 2010, Ireland predicted a deficit of 11.7% for 2009 and 11.6% for 2010, while the latter finally reached 32%. However, it was only Greece who was accused of falsifying its data and being unreliable. And that by its own government! One wonders what caused this sudden and precipitous self-criticism.
At a time of global economic crisis, the newly elected government in Greece had structured its entire electoral campaign around the motto 'There is money', in order to topple the governing party’s campaign that highlighted the need for painful measures. In line with its election commitments, the budget drafted by the new government for the year 2010 included a whole set of allocations, such as wage and pension increases, public expenditure increases, a solidarity allowance and pledges for not imposing additional taxes.
Furthermore, the previous government had estimated that the 2009 deficit figure could finally reach 6-8%, because of the escalation of the crisis, and therefore, in an already turbulent internal political environment, it called for elections, in order that the next government should take such measures.
The new government’s estimation at the end of the year that the deficit had finally reached 12.7% reveals a considerable difference between estimations. However, this difference takes into account a number of expenditures made by the new government in the last few months of the year totalling around €9 billion, among which was €1.5bn worth of  tax refunds, €500 million for the solidarity allowance, €1.2bn for contestable hospital debts, €2bn from withdrawing regulations of the previous government and €1.7bn in revenue shortfalls.
Not 'irregularities' but 'reclassification'
Moreover, as the head of the Eurogroup Jean-Claude Juncker  observed, any revision of the deficit by Eurostat, the European union’s statistics office, was not the result of irregularities, but of the reclassification of certain public expenditures, namely the inclusion of the deficits of the wider public sector and public utility companies.
The former secretary-general of the national statistical service of Greece, Manolis Kontopirakis, accused the finance ministry of seeking to exert undue political influence over the statistics office, in order to revise the final 2008 deficit figure as well as the projected deficit figure for 2009, as it seemed that they wanted to discredit the previous government. Similar accusations were made later by other members of the service. The issue is of much importance considering that an Athenian public prosecutor is conducting an official inquiry into these allegations.

greek 10year bond spreads
(the red line indicates the date that Mr Papandreou took over)

At the end of 2009, Greek and EU officials had repeatedly warned the Greek government that the deficit could be withheld to a single digit number, if measures were taken in this direction. The head of the European Central Bank (ECB), Jean-Claude Trichet, has held the then-government responsible for postponing the necessary measures despite the bank’s warnings, while the director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Dominique Strauss-Kahn, was convinced that, had the measures been taken earlier, the solution to the problem would have been less expensive.

Talking the country down

At the same time, the government almost transferred to the international markets it needed to borrow from, the idea that Greece was a bankrupt country with a “huge systemic corruption, clientelism, parasitic economy, enormous iniquity and arbitrariness”, even by comparing it to a sinking Titanic, thus skyrocketing spreads! Hence, she managed to transform a deficit issue common to most EU members into a borrowing issue, leading Greece to the IMF.
The truth is that the previous government constantly pointed to the need to take measures on time. It repeatedly sought a wider consensus with the opposition, given its thin parliamentary majority of 151 MPs out of 300. In March 2009, the-then prime minister Kostas Karamanlis warned that the international crisis, and the country’s excessive debt, posed serious threats and made a futile effort to reach consensus on the basis of cutting expenditure and of restraint by parties and syndicates.
Finally, he went to the polls, after the opposition made clear that it would vote against the re-election of the president in March 2010, in order to provoke elections and despite pledging to vote for him after coming to power, this being a decision that was going to lead the country to an extended pre-election period that would torpedo any possibility for taking measures.
It is also true that despite upcoming elections, both national in October, and European in June, the previous government announced a comprehensive set of measures in three different occasions, in February, March and June 2009, meeting criticism by the opposition that, at a time of crisis, there should be increases in expenditure instead of cuts. Part of these measures was a €28bn support package for the banking sector, the first approved in Europe, for which Greece was congratulated by its EU partners, but fiercely attacked by the opposition.
Meanwhile, in March 2009, despite the global crisis reaching its peak and the images of a rioting Greece beamed around the world in December, Greece went to the markets convincingly enough not only to cover its borrowing needs  at a reasonable rate, but also securing a reserve as a safety net for the remaining of the year.
No one can deny the immense systemic problems faced by Greece over the past decades that ought to have been resolved before they became uncontrollable.
The public sector in Greece has long been excessive and counterproductive with bureaucracy, low efficiency, over-regulation and para-economy becoming endemic. The excessive public sector, and also increased armament procurements, account for a big part of the huge public debt. Greece, together with the USA and Turkey, is at the top of the list of NATO members’ spending on armaments as a percentage of their GDP, that costs almost €6bn or more annually.
However, it is worth noting that, in the years 2004-2009, €50bn was spent only to service the interests of past debts. It is also true that Eurostat has concluded that, before 2004, the Greek government falsified statistics in eleven different sectors, accounting for deficit deviations of more than 3%. According to its revision for the year 2008, after the 2009 elections in Greece and 'revelations' from the new government, of the 2% deviation professed by the latter, Eurostat acknowledged one of only 0.6%, while it expressed serious reservations for the rest. For the year 2009, Eurostat declined to make any revision, since there were only the estimations of the previous government,  and one could not speak of falsification on that basis.

Self-accusations, but why?

And here comes an obvious question. Why was Greece accused of forgery, corruption and all the rest by its own government? Why did it evidently inflate its own deficit at the end of 2009? Clearly, despite being briefed by both Greek and foreign officials on the situation before elections, it had created expectations and it had given promises, on which it could not deliver. The former secretary-general of the national statistical service of Greece has noted that the huge discrepancy between the initial forecast for the 2009 deficit and the final figure was the product of two factors: the excessive optimism of the previous government and the new government’s desire to put the blame on its predecessor and make any economic rebound seem more impressive.
Unfortunately, the latter failed to anticipate the impact the new figure, and her allegations, would have on world financial markets, their reaction, and the disaster it would provoke for Greece and the EU.

They gave him  vote of confidense because he promised that he will quit!
But why should he quit now that he got a vote of confidense?
Why should anyone, who wants him to quit, vote him?
Why if he is about to leave asks for vote of confidense?

Am I losing my mind?

The end of a dictator?

Eva Kaili

A member of parliament goes independent
This morning the member of the greek parliament and PASOK, Eva Kaili went independent declaring that she won't give vote of confidence to the greek goverment! Two other menmbers, mrs Merenditi and Panariti, also stated that they too will not give vote of confindence. Mr Papandreou now, lacks majority in the greek parliament and it is sure that elections are on the way!

Venizelos (nee Turkoglou) - (Goeffrey) Papandreou

The end of mr Papandreou
It is certain that mr Papandreou is a political corpse. The same applies for mr Venizelos (nee Turkoglou), Loverdos and all the first in class members of PASOK who managed to destroy a nation within two years. Not to mention that the referendum is out of question!

Summit of european leaders: Not a word about war reparations!

Greek debt, greek crisis, greek bond "haircut", greek bankraptcy etc. Everybody is talking about what Greece (Hellas) owes, but nobody is talking about what is owed. And what Greece (Hellas) is owed is much, much more! It is estimated that Germany owes Greece (Hellas) war reperations from WWII about 1,3 trillion euros (7 billion dollars prices 1938, according to the Paris peace treaties, today estimated 108 billions without the interests, the forced occupation loan -3,5 billion dollars prices 1938- today 54 billion dollars without the interests. With a 3,5% interest, the amount that Gemany owes Greece (Hellas) rises to 1,3 trillion euros!).

As mr Albrecht Richl (professor of history of economy in the London school of economics) stated in an interwiew of his, in the greek magazine EPIKAIRA (issue 104 October 13 2011), that, if Germany pays war reparations to Greece (Hellas) it will immediately (Germany) go bankrupt. Not to mention the compensations to the Nazi victims in Greece (Hellas).

Professor Jacques Depla in an interwiew of his in the french newspaper "Les Echos" stated that Germany owes Greece (Hellas) €575b.

In October 3rd 2010 Germany paid France and Belgium nearly £60m final world war I reparations after 92 years! This gives a strong argument to the greek side, to insist on claiming the war reperations from Germany.  The international law, also makes clear that reparation and compensation dues never expire!

Today the european leaders are discussing the percentage of the greek bond "haircut". In other words the greek bankruptcy. Greece (Hellas) goes bankrupt for a (odius) debt of nearly €400b at the same time that Germany owes (Greece) €1,3t. Instead of having Germany going bankrupt, the opposite happens!

This is due to mr Papandreou's governance -mainly- and the corrupted greek political system in general. Pasok is so corrupted and dependent by Germany and german companies such as Siemens that there is not a chance this goverment say no to the imperialistic (and fascistic) desires of the German goverment and whoever is behind it. This is also the reason why Papandreou is still in governance. He is the wiling boy and he must be kept in governance at least until the "job" is finished! He has lost the confidence of greek people as he has taken the hardest austerity measures ever in any country with zero results.

Well, it is crystal clear that this man will never bring up the war reparations issue because he serves anything but the greek interests.

The good thing is that everything he did is against the greek constitution and the one to erase all of his actions i am sure will come (definately not from this parliament). Then mr Papandreou and his gang along with the representatives of the fourth Reich in Greece (Hellas) will have to stand in front of the greek people. Then Germany will have to face bankraptcy because the war reparations will be paid!

The end of the European Union

The rise and fall of the German dream of 4th Reich!

by Pyros the Athenian

Is there anyone out there who still believes that the European Union has any future? Does anyone believe that the "Greek crisis" has anything to do with Greece (Hellas)? It would be foolish to think that a country -that was never independent- created a crisis that threatens the universal economy.

(Germany, Austria, Eslovenia, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, eastern France, Northern Italy and western Poland)

The revival of the Reich -Global governance in the making!
As far as i know Reich is the unification of all Germans, of all the Germanic lands. Well the first step of the fourth Reich was the unification of the two Germanies in 1989. The year zero for the german imperialism. Reich -as history has proven- also means imperialistic expansion. The common currency of the European Union was the second step and the bailout of Greece (Hellas) -through which the central governance will (or at least they will try) be forced, first to the bad boys -the PIIGS- and then as a necessity to the rest of Europe! Europe under the german boot without a "drop of blood"!

Greece (Hellas) forced to enter the nomismatic union
The entrance of Greece (Hellas) in the nomismatic union was not a democratic decision since a refferandum never took place. Greeks (Hellenes) were -perhaps the only among the Europeans- not informed about the benefits or the losses they would suffer.
It is easy to see that Greece in the Eurozone gained nothing. NOT A THING! The "expensive" euro as a currency made greek products and services less competitive. There was a catastrophic (greek word catastrophy) reduction of exports and a signifigant growth of imports. Import companies took the place of the productive ones. Greece (Hellas) almost stopped producing anything. Tourism -which is the "heavy industry" of Greece (hellas)- became much more expensive making -at the same time- Turkey and Egypt more attractive and cheaper destinations. Not to mention the inflation that in many products reached 300%. (For example a bottle of water of 50 drachmas became a bottle of water of 0,50 euros one euro=340,75 drachmas). The income of Greeks started to rapidly decrease. In the sector of agriculture the EU forced Greece (Hellas) to stop producing anything leading Greece to the paradox phenomenon of importing basic foodstuffs such as vegetables from latin America and ...Israel!

Ofcourse Germany saw its exports reaching the peak within the eurozone. Controlling the ECB (European Central Bank) set the rules of the game, deprived independent nomismatic policy from the other members establishing the situation that we are facing today. Destruction of all the southern economies or -i would better say- the non german economies! It is easy to understand that the only one benefitted is Germany. Germany through the nomismatic union gained the privilege of the leader of EU with a signifigant role in the esoteric affairs of the EU members.

The "Greek (Hellenic) crisis" planned and executed by Germany and the local traitors
A week ago a ms Z. Georganta a former member of the Hellenic Statistics Agency, revealed that the greek (hellenic) -state budget- deficit was intentionally presented higher (15%) from the greek (hellenic?) goverment and the German general director of Eurostat Walter Radermacher, in order the greek economy to be put under the surveillance of the IMF, ECB and EE.

Ms Georganta also revealed a dialogue with mr Randermacher, his answer to her objection about the method used to present the deficit of the greek (hellenic) state budget:

"Speak no more. You wiil do what we want! You will listen to mr Georgiou"

Mr Randermacher General Director of Eurostat.

Mr Georgiou was at the time the chief of the Greek (Hellenic) Statistical Authority. Later it was revealed that he was also working for the IMF from 1989 to July 2010 he was staff of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).From March 2004 to July 2010 he was deputy division chief in the IMF Statistics Department. According to an email, mr Georgiou was informing mr Thomsen of the IMF even when he was positioned at the Greek (Hellenic) Statistical Agency and without informing the members of the authority!

Mr A. Georgiou chief of the Hellenic Statistical Authority.

The case is in the hands of justice.

Mr Strauss Khann -in March 2011- revealed that he was discussing, the possibility of Greece (Hellas) under the IMF, with mr Papandreou since December 2009. The same time that he was promising that "the money does exist". Rumors (?) about strange bond and CDS exchange concerning mr Papandreou and some relatives and friends led mr Andreas Molzer -member of the European Parliament- in June 27 2011 to ask a parliamentary question with subject: Greek prime minister speculating against his own country

mr Andreas Molzer -member of the European Parliament-

A few days after the elections of 2009 the Bank of Greece (Hellas) (Which -by the way- is not greek at all) changed the negotiation period of the greek bonds, from three (3) to ten (10) days, giving the chance to the speculators, to speculate and rise up the interestes and the spreads. Why should the greek goverment let it happen? Mr Papandreou and mr Papakonstantinou did their best to help the rise of the greek bonds spreads. Whenever they made a statement the spreads jumped to new records. Comparing the greek economy with Titanic (Papakonstantinou February 15th 2010), a sinking boat, country in the intensive care (December 9th 2009), gun on the head, the speculators were partying! The spread of the ten year greek bond in October 2009 when mr Papandreou took over was 1.30 now September 2011 the spread is 22.00! Just five days (April 18th 2010) before the Papandreou's anouncement that Greece (Hellas) asks for help from the IMF, ECB, EE, he had a secret meeting with George Soros!

Greek spreads over German 10/27/2011

Looking at the chart above, anyone can jump to various conclusions.

The German plan was not difficult to execute since the Germans had already corrupted the greek political system. SIEMENS was a constant "donor" of the two major parties.

mr Th. Tsoukatos (chief of the former prime minister's Simitis office)

As mr Tsoukatos -chief of the former prime minister's Simitis office- admitted, he received a million german marks -from SIEMENS- on behalf of PASOK (which is now in governance). The chief manager of SIEMENS HELLAS, M. Christoforakos (whose father was a Nazi associate during the German occupation) escaped in Germany when the scandal was revealed (May 2009) and remains there since then.

M. Christoforakos Studied in Deutsche Schule Athen, DSA, posseses both the greek and german citizenship.

While writing down these lines, La Tribune in September 28th revealed the secret german plan! Code name: Eureca! All of Greece's public property will pass to a company that will sell it for 125 billion euros! AT THE SAME TIME WHEN GERMANY CLAIMS STATE IMMUNITY NOT TO PAY COMPENSATIONS TO THE NAZI VICTIMS! Germany claims (should not according to Amnesty Internationalthe same international  law that itself enroaches upon the greek case of "crisis"! State immunity for Nazi crimes but not for illegal greek debt! Well, these 125 billion will not go to Greece but Greece will buy back its bonds from the speculators! German Reich and speculators satisfied! By now it is easy to understand that the greek "crisis" is nothing more but the will of the 4th Reich to possess at all cost (for Greeks only) the most beatiful and expensive piece of land and revenge the ones who contributed to the fall of the previous Reich.

The greek newspaper "TO PARON" about Hochtief

Not to mention that only Hochtief (the german company that exploits the greek national airport) has never paid a cent of taxes for ten years! It is estimated that only this company owes 500.000.000 Euros of taxes to the greek state! And the story goes on and on!

The big deception
It is by now proven that Greece (Hellas) is lying over huge oil and natural gas fields! The whole east Mediterranean sea does! It is estimated that Greece (Hellas) can supply Europe with natural gas for fourty years and cover all of its needs 100%. The oil volume is estimated in bilions of barrels! In the Macedonia region exist big gold veins. In the Imia region there is Osmium the most expensive mineral.

  At the time Greece (Hellas):
  1. covers 46% of the wester Europe production in Magnesium,
  2. is the biggest Aluminium producer in Europe.
  3. is the biggest Bauxite producer in the European Union,
  4. second Smiktite prodrucer in the world after the US,
  5. is the only european country with significant Nickel fields,
  6. is third in the world's production of olive and olive oil,
  7. is third in the world's production of Saffron,
  8. is the first in the world in merchant shipping.

Now, if we take into account the money that Greece is owed from Germany as war reparations and the loan that the Nazis took from Greece (Hellas) (amount estimated 1,3 trillion Euros) Greece (Hellas) becomes a paradise!

The big deceprion is the effort of the local traitors in association with German Reich and the international banking system to persuade the world and especially the Greeks (Hellenes) that Greece (Hellas) is a bankrupt country! From my point of wiew i see the richest an more powerful (the explanation below) country  in the world, what about you?

The end of EE and Germany
Greeks (Hellenes) and other Europeans -especially the Southerns- were deceived by the hope and the dream of a unified Europe. It is clear that it was the nightmare of fourth Reich! In Greece (Hellas) the corrupted political system was promisisng solidarity, safety and most of all european salaries. That the borders of Greece would be the borders of Europe therefore the Turkish agression would have to deal with EE and the expenses for arming would go to education etc. In 1996 Turks invaded in a small greek island (full of Osmio) beggining a major crisis and EE was not present! Ofcourse at the end it was mainly Germany who stood by Turkish agression in order to rise the profits of the German war Industry! Germany was among the first to recognize FYROM as Macedonia (note that the word Macedonia does not mean a thing in the bulgaric idiom that the Fyromians use as a language because it is a greek (hellenic) word meaning long country. The same applies for the words Alexander and Philipp see Liddel & Scott lexicon of the Greek language). Above i mentioned the catastrophy of greek economy in the eurozone! It turned out that the solidarity of the member states vanished when the greek "crisis" started.
It seems that Greece (Hellas) did not gain anything participating in EE! Any non Germanic country gained anything. This realisation will become a demand of leaving this useless german organization by people of Europe. They will all realise that the effort of Germany to establish a Reich leads to the destruction of Europe -at least-.
The future of Germany wont' be bright as the Germans will not anymore like to be called such. They will prefer to be Bavarians, Saxxons, Bohemians, because they will realise that they are the first victims of Reich's imperialism.
Already it is known (according to Handelsblatt newspaper) that Germany is hidding five (5) trillion Euros debt. Add a trillion that owes Greece (Hellas) and make it six! It seems that the fifty year German effort of industrial imperialism and expansion can collapse in a minute and Greece can play a significant role to this (war reperations). Not to mention that a possible greek bankruptcy will destroy the global economy due to CDSs and greek bonds! This situation gives Greece (Hellas) great power that the local traitors are unwilling to use.

People of the world it is time to wake up!

Thanks for reading!

Samaras Vies With Papandreou as Men of Amherst College Contest Greek Fate

At Amherst College’s Pratt Hall in 1970 and 1971, a handful of students from Greece spent countless hours decrying the military junta ruling their country.
George Papandreou, a bluejean-clad freshman whose father as prime minister had founded the country’s Socialist Party, would agree with Antonis Samaras, a sophomore living upstairs who favored blue blazers, that the regime had to go. Friends since high school in Athens, they were of one mind as they talked in the dormitory and over pizza in nearby South Hadley.

Greek Prime Minister speculating against his own country

Parliamentary questions
27 June 2011
E-006139/2011
Question for written answer
to the Commission
Rule 117
Andreas Mölzer (NI)

Subject: Greek Prime Minister speculating against his own country
The Prime Minister of Greece, Giorgos Papandreou, has been accused in the Greek Parliament of making a fortune out of Greece’s woes through insider trading. In 2009 the conservative Government apparently bought credit default swaps (CDS) worth EUR 1 billion (1 000 million), which were sold to Papandreou at a profit close to EUR 30 million in October of that year, in other words at a time when the extent of the problems on the financial market was not yet known, but a bail-out was already being negotiated behind the scenes with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The sale of the credit default swaps, which could turn Greek bankruptcy into a lucrative deal, occurred at the best time for the buyer and a bad time for the seller. Because of the bail-out packages, the credit default swaps are now thought to be worth EUR 22 billion. This means that Papandreou will profit if Greece fails to put its house in order.
1. Does the Commission know about these accusations?
2. How has it responded or how will it respond?
3. If it did not previously know about the accusations, what does it propose to do about them?
4. What will be done to prevent this example being followed in other countries by those whose position of power gives them a decisive say in the handling of debt?
